SERVICES:

Options for therapy may vary according to your particular needs. We can
discuss the options and fees when you contact me prior to scheduling a
first appointment. At this time, I am still only offering telehealth
services via a video platform.

FEES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT:

You are responsible for the charge per session at the time of each session,
unless we have made other arrangements. I accept checks and have various
other credit, debit, or HSA card options available.

I am an out-of-network provider for any insurance plan that offers
out-of-network benefits. Please contact me with any questions. Email is the
more immediate way to reach me. I am a Medicaid provider.
