People have many reasons for entering into therapy.
We hit bumps in the road that sometimes happen as early in life as our in utero or birth experiences, or as recently as the loss of a loved one or our job. We are complex beings with a diversity of experience, yet we have the commonality of our humanness in how our body, brain, and emotions are affected by the stress and pain that we encounter.
I am a fellow traveler on the path of healing. I bring my years of training and experience, and my heart and soul’s passion for this work, to offer guidance in your personal journey. Whether the bumps in the road have been traumatic events or a general feeling of depression or anxiety, or anything in between, I welcome the richness of opportunity in helping others along their healing path.
